This workshop is designed to provide a broad introduction to designing and delivering training courses. It helps you to understand how to prepare and deliver an effective training session with more confidence and clarity.
No matter what industry you are in, the world is always evolving and changing–which means that we need to continue to evolve and grow in order to remain successful. This means that we need to learn–and to train others–in order to successfully lead.
This is a highly participative workshop throughout which you will learn the tools you need, and practice what you have learned by giving a 25-minute training session and receiving feedback from the group.
Having attended this workshop, you will be able to:
- Identify training needs through Training Needs Analysis
- Explain the training process
- Display an understanding of how to adapt to different learning styles
- Show how to set key learning objectives
- Evaluate learning
- Train on a one to one basis
- Explain and use different training methodologies
This is a two day participative workshop which covers a wealth of knowledge to better enable leaders and managers to perform their role successfully.
Using a combination of group work, one to one discussion and sharing personal experiences to which this learning could be applied, the knowledge is embedded with activities and practical exercises, and the course ends with a plan for actioning this new learning in the workplace beyond the workshop.
