Wherever you are in your career the influence you have on others, to enable better performance and effective processes, is a powerful tool. This course is designed for anyone in a position of leadership or management who wants to better utilise that influence.
WHY
The purpose of this influencing skills workshop is to focus on understanding, developing and adapting influencing styles to best suit individual situations.

The skills and models discussed in this workshop will help you with managing your workload and performance, developing your team, influencing people other than your own team and influencing people more senior than you.
