You mentioned a discount...?
Yes!
If you’ve worked with us before you might be familiar with some of our Skills Workshops; as stand-alone courses these workshops usually cost £600 per person; we ended 2025 with a reminder of that ‘use it or lose it’ approach to departmental budgets, and many of you replied saying you wanted one-off learning, or specific workshops for a select number of individuals.
To kickstart 2026 the right way, and launch your year with the tools, skills and insight that will help you succeed, and help you to lead a successful team – and to celebrate launching our incredible workshops as online Open Courses for the first time – we are offering these at a discounted rate of just:
£295 per person.
To guarantee that everybody gets the most from the support and interactive aspects of the learning spaces for each course are limited to 8 attendees, so register your interest now to make sure you don’t miss out.
And don’t panic; if you can’t make these initial dates, we’ll be running programmes throughout 2026, covering other Skills Workshops and booking additional dates to repeat these initial topics for new cohorts – register your interest today to make sure you’re updated when these are released.
What do I get for my money?
Great question!
It might be our first time running these as virtual, open course workshops – but we’ve been in business for more than thirty years, as industry-leading L&D experts; a new format for learning does not mean it’s a new programme, or that the standard of the programme is any different to learning in person, or as part of a wider development intervention.
These are high-level, intensive programmes, led by our most experienced and respected Consultants. The learning materials are the same as you’d find if you work with ASK on those bigger programmes – the only difference is that anyone can sign up.
People most often access our Skills Workshops as part of a longer-term Development programme, and the specific workshops are often selected by higher-ups who structure the organisational needs. Now, rather than being limited by what your CEO or tender process determined, you can decide what you want to learn!
Not only do you get the same high quality in your learning and materials, you also get the same access to your Facilitator – the Consultant leading your workshop – who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to each programme.
You’ll be learning in small groups, to maintain the intimate focus you need, and guarantee that everybody can communicate, contribute and keep up with the intensive learning. This isn’t like a webinar, where you’re merely listening to a presentation – this is interactive learning, led by our best Consultants.
You also get access to our online learning platform, where you can find pre-learning materials and build relationships with the other learners from your cohort, and gain even more benefits from the peer support and networking that brings. Our in-house team are there at every step, supporting your learning, helping with any questions or follow-up you might have, and keen to ensure that you get the most from your day, and from everything you learned far beyond the formal learning ends. We know that so much workplace training is forgotten before you make it back to your desk, so put just as much effort into supporting the transfer of your learning after the workshop, and helping you to create formal, structured ways to incorporate every new skill into everything you do, every day, at work.
How do I sign up?
Formal sign ups open next week, but to get your name on the list you can register your interest (for either Workshop) below.
