Anyone who has worked with ASK before knows that our Skills Workshops are very intensive, and pack a lot of learning into a single day. Usually delivered as part of a larger L&D programme, this is the first time we are running these as standalone Open Courses – but rest assured that you’ll be getting the same standard of learning and delivery, with the same phenomenal learning materials, the same team behind the scenes, and the same Consultants delivering your learning.

What will I learn?
This is an intensive, one-day programme, which covers the most vital aspects of Coaching for Performance, and how to get the best from your own Coaching experience (whether as a coachee, or as a Coach!)
You’ll be learning in small groups, to maintain the intimate focus you need, and guarantee that everybody can communicate, contribute and keep up with the intensive learning. This isn’t like a webinar, where you’re merely listening to a presentation – this is interactive learning, led by our best Consultants.
Key learning objectives:
- Define coaching and know when to use it
- Build better coaching relationships with staff
- Listen and question more effectively
- Give developmental feedback
- Develop and support individuals and teams in a timely and effective manner
- Understand your own strengths as a coach, and areas for development
Who is the Coaching for Performance workshop for?
No matter where you are in your own career, Coaching can be an incredibly valuable tool for development. Whether you’re already in a Leadership role, or are working towards one, Coaching unlocks new ways of thinking, of communicating, and of expanding your potential for success.
This workshop – delivered by the incredibly talented, Toni Clarkson – is very intensive, and will give you all the tools you need to take those next steps, not only for your own career development but also to support and stretch the capabilities of every person in your team.
How do I sign up?
All you need to do is enter your details in the form below; this course is open to anyone, but spaces are limited, so sign up today to avoid missing out.
And don’t panic; if you can’t make these initial dates, we’ll be running programmes throughout 2026, covering other Skills Workshops and booking additional dates to repeat these initial topics for new cohorts – register your interest today to make sure you’re updated when these are released.
What do I get for my money?
Great question!
The main thing you get from this programme is change.
Real, lasting change, impactful change, that will improve the way you work, the way your team work, the way your career is heading, and the shape of your future.
That sounds quite…abstract – and it’s quite the bold claim, we know – but it’s one we’re confident making, because we’ve seen that change, over and over, in the people who’ve learned with ASK.
In a more literal sense, what you get is one of our best development programmes, delivered by an incredibly talented expert in all things Coaching – with fantastic learning materials and a behind-the-scenes support team that will help you take your learning with you beyond the programme, to embed that change in your real working day.
You also get access to your bespoke online learning platform, where you can find pre-learning materials, build relationships with the other learners from your cohort and gain even more benefits from that peer support and networking that brings. Our in-house team are there at every step, supporting your learning, helping with any questions or follow-up you might have, and keen to ensure that you get the most from your day, and from everything you learned far beyond the formal learning ends.
We know that so much workplace training is forgotten before you make it back to your desk, so put just as much effort into supporting the transfer of your learning after the workshop, and helping you to create formal, structured ways to incorporate every new skill into everything you do, every day, at work.
Didn't you mention a discount...?
Yes!
As standalone programmes our Skills Workshops cost £600 per learner; usually they form part of a larger, long-term portfolio of development, and shape parts of your organisational L&D strategy.
We know that not every client wants or needs that bigger process – and that one-off, independent learning and development opportunities can have huge impact on the individual learner and on the team they work with. Throughout 2026 we are running a series of Open Courses, hosted in-house rather than for a specific client – opening that learning up to more people, more flexibly, and at a discounted rate for those signing up early.
Save more than 50% on the usual fee; sign up today for just £295 per person, and see just how far that investment can take you.
