What one thing do you think every organisation would most benefit from doing, or doing differently?

Encourage viewpoints and input from their workforce  – there’s probably a lot more hidden talents there than they ever imagined.

Thinking that if you want a job done well, you have to do it yourself.  It ain’t necessarily so!

A bargain’s not a bargain unless you can make use of it.   My bank, my wardrobe and my partner (and not necessarily in that order).
