Robert is founder and Chairman of ASK Europe plc. An Economist by background, he focused initially on major change programmes in banking and other financial services and the information technology industry. Since then, he has developed a particular interest in helping leaders to identify and change the behaviours that stand between them and exceptional performance.
A former Chief Executive of the Adam Smith Institute, Robert provides Executive Coaching to Board level executives within a variety of organisations in the private and not-for-profit sectors as well as the facilitation of board level strategic planning, marketing planning, process re-engineering and conflict resolution events for a variety of FTSE 100 and not-for-profit organisations.
Jo works at senior management levels as a business coach and workshop leader, designing and using creative approaches to facilitate individuals and groups to work more thoughtfully and effectively to achieve higher levels of performance and to transfer learning. Jo specialises in helping clients to identify and tackle the real issues with which they are dealing in the workplace and beyond.
Her approach is practical and her philosophy is based upon concepts drawn from somatics, ontology, and systems thinking. In all her work, Jo draws on a wealth of knowledge, expertise and experience to optimise the learning experience, ensuring clients achieve solutions that are both practical and inspirational and have a profound and lasting impact.
Liaquat has over 20 years’ experience leading teams, coaching performance, designing and delivering talent management solutions in both the public and private sectors. His technical expertise lies in his ability to identify and align talent management strategies to organisational capability requirements.
Liaquat’s portfolio includes: designing, developing and delivering solutions in sales, product and brand development; organisational development; leadership and management; performance management; succession planning; emotional intelligence; board competency frameworks and organisational learning and development strategies.
Craig has significant experience of designing and delivering creative learning approaches that engage individuals and groups to work more effectively and efficiently, achieving higher levels of performance and learning transfer. Specialising in developing leadership and management capability that helps bring about transformational change, he believes in applying the concepts of 70:20:10 learning methodology alongside collaborative and empowered workplace discovery.
A workshop leader, he has facilitated culturally diverse groups at all organisational levels, helping people build a confident, can-do attitude that leads to new behaviours underpinning effective and improved performance. Craig draws on knowledge, expertise and experience gained within corporate life to optimise his client’s learning experience and ensure they achieve solutions that are practical, motivating, inspiring and impactful.
Craig works at senior management levels as a business review consultant, behavioural change coach and workshop leader, using his extensive experience in facilitating geographically and culturally diverse groups to help them achieve higher levels of performance and learning transfer. His approach is practical and pragmatic, based on his experience of leading and initiating successful change projects with teams he managed.
Through understanding behaviour and its effects, Craig specialises in helping clients identify the root causes of performance issues not just the symptoms. In particular, he works to instil confidence and self-belief, leading to a deeper understanding and application of new, improved behaviours that underpin improved and sustainable performance.
Moira joined ASK having previously run her own business. With her partner she designed, created and then managed a Juice Bar, being responsible for the daily stock control, staff management and monthly accounts. Prior to this, Moira gained extensive administrative experience in the electronics industry. Whilst at Hitachi Europe, she was responsible for maintaining clients’ order requirements and building relationships with key accounts within Europe.
As a Client Services Manager, Moira has responsibility for several large client projects, predominantly in the private sector. Her role includes agreeing contractual terms and project timescales, co-ordinating workshop delivery, and ensuring client expectations are met in order that projects run smoothly from commencement to completion.
Mark entered the Training and Development field in 1999 within Shanks Waste Solutions in Milton Keynes, where he implemented a tailored Training Department to encompass the bespoke systems and requirements for internal staff. This also included materials development, induction workshops and informational seminars around the UK. Mark also helped to develop a Training Directory, providing a formalised training schedule for all Waste and Chemical personnel within UK Landfills and Recycling centres. He then moved into the New Media sector with Tiscali, providing Account Management and Troubleshooting for ISP businesses and also providing support for the technology transfer to Local Loop broadband.
