Jeannette has over twenty years management experience in sales, operations, and retail with companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Northern Foods and WH Smith. As Head of Membership of the Association for Coaching she is involved in promoting coaching for individuals and teams within the workplace.
Jeannette’s client-centred approach to coaching, incorporating elements of behavioural coaching, transitional coaching, and NLP performance coaching, has led to work with Board level and Senior Manager staff in finance, IT, insurance, retail, health, public services, local and central government, telecommunications, and engineering. Working directly with CEOs, MDs, Board members and Heads of Divisions, she has coached to increase personal effectiveness; create, implement and action succession planning; implement radical organisational restructuring; support role transition and develop the to manage, motivate and inspire teams.
