Martha has held senior roles in education, family support and mental health, with responsibilities that have ranged from the strategic management of 25 mental health services to a role as the CEO of the largest childcare membership organisation in Scotland. Her roles have frequently involved negotiations at a senior level in health, education, social services and with government. Her staff facing roles have reflected her belief in the potential of each person to reach beyond their limitations if they are given the right support, tool and context for growth.
Working as a coach since 2007, Martha is interested in working with people who want to expand and develop themselves while dealing with a change or challenge. She coaches strategic leaders and teams and has a special interest in women in senior roles, particularly those in challenging positions or who are new a to a senior role.
