Jeanette became a coaching skills development and organisational change consultant in 2007, and has worked on a range of public and private sector projects. Her expertise is based on twenty years’ experience in a range of retail companies and multinationals in HR management roles up to senior management level.
Jeanette worked for six years as Head of Training, John Lewis Aberdeen, before joining Guinness Ireland Group as Management Development Specialist. She worked in a variety of HR management roles in the newly formed Diageo before joining Talent Development Solutions in 2005, where she was responsible for training trainers in the Diageo High Performance Coaching programme.
