Jeremy spent his initial 30 years in business with international high-tech companies in the UK, Germany and France, and his experience has fostered a very practical approach to solving business problems. From 1995 until early 2000, he was Human Resources and Training and Development (T&D) Director for VLSI in Sophia-Antipolis, a company since taken over by Philips Semiconductors (now NXP Semiconductors).
Since 2000 he has developed and delivered many different learning programmes in various countries worldwide, including Influencing Skills, Advanced Presentation Skills, Life Design and Career Development, Leadership, Change Management and Project Management. The major focus in all these programmes is to improve communication between people, and specifically to enhance leadership skills. Jeremy can deliver programmes and coach in English, French and German.
