Before becoming a coach, Nicola managed European and Global sales teams delivering revenue of over £100m per annum. She has first hand experience of working in fast-paced, demanding environments and of managing virtual teams across cultural boundaries while overachieving on aggressive targets.
Her areas of expertise include: executive and leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, talent management and development, succession planning, and peak performance coaching and training. Her client engagements include: coaching the Group Director of a major UK financial services company; leadership training on Emotional Intelligence for the Risk Management team at a leading Building Society, consultancy on virtual working for a global technology company, and an invited role as inspirational speaker at the annual conference of a national business women's organisation.
