Over a period of twenty years, Andy gained strategic, operational and project leadership and management experience in the clinical development of new medicines, gained through working in small, medium and large multinational, simple and complex, pharmaceutical organisations. Then he moved into recruitment where, with sales in excess of £1million, he was accountable for the recruitment and off-site leadership, management and 1:1 development of professionals seconded to blue-chip Healthcare Companies.
He is now a business psychologist, Executive Coach, facilitator and educator, and is a Director of a small consultancy promoting success through the application of psychology to business. He is also a University Lecturer in both Psychology and Psychometrics.
