Before becoming a coach, Jonathan had extensive entrepreneurial and commercial Board-level experience with innovative airlines such as Laker, Virgin and London City, the first airline at London’s City Airport. His career has been forged in helping to lead service innovation through people and how to collaborate to compete most effectively. While developing the top leader programme at SAS Scandinavian Airlines, he became interested in how human factors systemically affect team performance in critical environments, which led to a greater interest in complexity theory and dynamic strategy.

As a consultant and coach, Jonathan has supported Board leaders in local, regional, national and international businesses and organisations in many sectors including retail finance, venture capital, outsourcing, power and utilities, telecoms, IT, customer service and the public sector. A founder member of East London’s Training and Enterprise Council, he is a Trustee of two charities. Jonathan’s writing on service, leadership and systemic thinking is published in various magazines and books.
