As Practice Director UK, Anton’s global consultancy and coaching remit at ASK is to operate with Executives in major organisations on strategic organisation leadership and people development.
A professional with extensive consultancy experience in Change Management, Leadership and Performance Management and world class Executive Coaching, Anton is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. He has worked with blue-chip clients across all sectors and geographies on projects that brought genuine integration, positive change and bottom line improvement.
His initial career was operational and HR focused, joining GEC Marconi as a member of the Senior Management Development Team where he worked alongside Project Directors in EMEA and then AsiaPac. An assignment in the UK Government Cabinet Office followed, working with UK and EU policy making Ministers on HR strategy and operations for Europe wide industry.

- Licensed deliverer of TMSDI Work Preference Tools.
