All are affiliated to at least one internationally accredited coaching body, and are committed to undertaking on-going coaching supervision. But their professional qualifications and commitment are merely the gateway to entry to the ASK Global Executive Coaching Bench, and are not the only aspects that we – and our clients - value.
While ASK coaches come from many backgrounds and disciplines, they share an important common credential: they all possess extensive experience of operating at senior executive/board levels in major organisations worldwide. At this level, it is not only the perception of learning and development that is significantly different: the demands on executives are different and the challenges more stretching. It is our coaches’ track record of operating within this world that makes them a highly credible performance improvement resource.
