Authentic Leadership II - Relationships is a three month leadership development programme comprising a five day residential event and a 13 week follow through period during which we will support participants as they transfer and apply their learning to their workplace.
The programme is designed for senior executives who are wholly or jointly responsible for the strategic direction of their business unit.
Close behavioural observation is integrated with the results of psychometric questionnaires and in-depth peer feedback to provide participants with a detailed understanding of their leadership style and a clear programme of behavioural change that will enable them to become more effective with people.
