Our Authentic Leadership I - Performance is a 3 month leadership development experience which commences with a 5 day residential workshop and then followed by a 13 week follow through period during which participants are supported as they transfer their learning to their workplace.
Behavioural observation integrated with the results of psychometric questionnaires and in-depth peer feedback provide participants with a detailed understanding of their leadership style and skills, and which will help them to identify a programme of behavioural change that will transform their ability to meet business objectives.
